- All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our liquidation deals, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
- No Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change, and we do not offer price matching or adjustments after purchase.
- Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as our system processes them quickly to ensure fast shipping.
- Product Condition: Some items may have minor packaging imperfections but are still fully functional. All sales are made on an "as-is" basis.
- Shipping & Pickup: We strive to process orders promptly within 2-3 days. Shipping times may vary, and local pickup options is available at our two outlets.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
